Elkoms Consulting are building services engineers for hotels, homes and workplaces, designing mechanical, electrical and public health systems that are simple to build, run and maintain.

Founded in 2008, we work for developers, hotel operators, architects and MEP contractors from our offices in London, Southampton and Belgrade. Much of our work is in buildings that stay open while we change them: hotels that keep trading through a rooftop extension, offices refurbished around their tenants, listed buildings given new services behind retained façades.
